Circa 1875 handmade of 9 karat gold in wire work design and set with one 3 mm natural hand cut nice quality diamond in a basket setting and with a 3.5 mm dangling natural ocean pearl. This is from the Louisville, Kentucky area and is very nicely made and the size is 1 1/2 inches long including bale and 1/2 of an inch wide. This has a new gold chain added that is 16 inches. The pendant would originally have been worn with a small ribbon. Excellent condition and beautiful to wear.
