This set came together and are handmade of 15 karat yellow gold. The small pin shield is hand engraved with an S. C. for South Carolina. It also has the T-bar back and the C-clasp which is original to the pin. The pendant is hand engraved with a S.C. and also has the date 1856. The size of the pin and the pendant is ¾ of an inch long and ½ of an inch wide. Both are in excellent condition and the pendant comes with a new gold chain.
